Castle Green Homes is a forward-thinking housebuilder. The business is undergoing rapid change to reflect their digital-first approach to marketing and selling homes. Their investment into digital technology has paid dividends, earning the business multiple awards in 2022.

Following a successful delivery of the Willow Fields development, Castle Green Homes were looking to roll out the same high-quality immersive & interactive approach for their North-Wales development, Brook Meadow. Castle Green Homes have recognised the shift towards intelligent, virtual marketing tools that meet modern buyers’ need. Today’s customer seeks instant access and convenience when viewing property. Brook Meadows is located in Penyffordd, Flintshire and consists of 40 plots. Castle Green Homes needed a marketing approach that visualised Brook Meadow before any showhomes had been built.
