The Situation

Persimmon Homes is one of the UK most successful housebuilders, building over 13,500 new homes a year in more than 350 locations nationwide.

Their house type range has been updated with 46x new house types to align with modern building regulations and internal layouts of today. With no visual assets to accurately represent the new R21 range, EyeSiteView partnered with Persimmon Homes marketing and sales team to bring to life their new house type range at an upcoming Redditch-based development, The View.


The View is a development of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Situated on the northern outskirts of Redditch, The View enjoys a fantastic semi-rural position within easy reach of shops, several well-respected schools, beautiful countryside and great transport links – everything you could need in a place to call home.

Key aims of the project:

  • Create Virtual Showhomes to showcase the new housetype range to customers
  • Integrate the new CGI assets into their existing website
  • Unlock the ability to launch the development earlier and sell more homes off-plan

Housetypes from the new R21 range were accurately represented in photo-realistic CGI, allowing their customers to jump inside their new home and explore it virtually.

These photo-realistic visualisations teleport the customers inside the property, helping them to build a more emotional attachment to their future home.

Active Site Plans

The Active Siteplan enhances the traditional 2d siteplan, adding layers interactivity that provides the user with more of the information they want at their fingertips

Through customisable filters (connected to an existing CMS), homebuyers can easily filter the site plan by price, bedroom count, availability and more. From here customers are given an accurate picture of properties that suit their requirements and budget.

The Result

Willow Fields was launched online in June 2021. Sales are strong with many homes already sold off-plan.

Working closely with the Persimmons digital agency, the EyeSiteView assets have been successfully weaved into the existing website structure.

Today Persimmons customers are presented with an enhanced online journey with instant access to explore the available properties.
