One Year of EyeSiteView Ltd: Celebrating Our First Chapter
One Year of EyeSiteView Ltd: Celebrating Our First Chapter
One year ago, EyeSiteView officially began a new chapter.
While many know EyeSiteView as the brand behind interactive sales tools, virtual environments and digital home buying experiences, our journey actually started much earlier. For more than eight years, EyeSiteView operated as part of Oasis Studio, helping housebuilders bring developments to life through visualisation and technology.
As the business continued to grow and evolve, June 2025 marked an exciting milestone as EyeSiteView became its own independent company: EyeSiteView Ltd.
Today, we’re celebrating our first year as a standalone business.
Looking back, it’s safe to say it’s been quite a year.
A Year of Growth
The last twelve months have been filled with new opportunities, new partnerships and plenty of exciting challenges.
We’ve welcomed new clients, strengthened long-standing relationships and delivered projects that continue to push the boundaries of how new homes are marketed, explored and sold.
Most importantly, we’ve continued to work alongside developers who share our belief that buying a new home should be a more connected, transparent and engaging experience.
From interactive sales suites and customer portals to virtual showhomes, active siteplans and digital upgrade journeys, we’ve had the opportunity to help housebuilders rethink how they connect with buyers before, during and after reservation.
Projects That Defined Our First Year
One of the most exciting parts of the last year has been seeing our technology adopted across a growing number of housebuilders, each with their own unique approach to the customer journey.

Crest Nicholson
This year saw the launch of interactive Housetype Configurators with Crest Nicholson, helping buyers explore and visualise upgrade choices in a more engaging and transparent way.
The project represents a move away from traditional spreadsheets and swatches, replacing them with a connected digital experience that provides greater clarity for both buyers and sales teams.
More recently, we’ve also launched a suite of interactive sales tools for Crest Nicholson’s Arden Oaks development, including interactive siteplans, virtual walkarounds and animation content. We’re looking forward to sharing more about that project very soon.

Keepmoat Homes
Working with Keepmoat Homes, we delivered a connected off-plan buying experience designed to help buyers explore developments long before homes are built.
Bringing together a fully interactive 3D Active Siteplan, immersive Virtual Walkarounds and our Vantage sales suite platform, buyers can explore available plots, understand their position within the development, visualise surrounding streets and continue that same experience during sales appointments.
By providing greater context and transparency earlier in the buying journey, the experience helps buyers make more informed decisions, build confidence in their purchase and engage more meaningfully with the sales team when they visit the development.

Duchy Homes
Our partnership with Duchy Homes continued to grow throughout the year as we worked together to create a more connected and engaging home buying journey.
By combining interactive website experiences, Active Siteplans, Virtual Walkarounds, Flythrough Animations and sales tools, we’re helping buyers better understand developments, homes and available plots long before construction is complete.
The result is a more informed customer journey that helps buyers explore and shortlist homes with confidence before they step into the sales environment, supporting higher quality conversations and better-qualified leads for sales teams.

Hive Homes
We’ve also been delighted to continue our partnership with Hive Homes.
Over the last year, Hive Homes expanded their use of our Vantage sales suite platform, creating interactive buying experiences that allow customers to compare homes, explore developments and take away personalised digital brochures following sales appointments.
It’s a great example of how technology can enhance sales conversations while maintaining the personal touch that remains at the heart of the home buying experience.
Our partnership continues to grow, and we’re excited to be launching Hive Homes’ first customer portal in the coming weeks, extending the connected buying journey beyond the sales appointment and creating even more opportunities to engage and support buyers throughout their purchase.

Ashwood Homes
Another exciting partnership this year has been Ashwood Homes.
With a significant proportion of Ashwood’s audience commuting from outside the immediate area, creating a strong online buying experience was a key priority from the outset.
Together, we delivered a connected suite of interactive sales tools designed to help buyers explore developments, homes and available plots long before visiting the sales centre. This included Active Siteplans, Virtual Showhomes and a range of digital experiences that allow buyers to browse, compare and shortlist homes online at their own pace.
Importantly, that journey doesn’t start and stop on the website. Buyers can continue the same experience when they visit the sales centre, creating a seamless transition between online research and face-to-face conversations with the sales team.
By providing greater clarity and confidence earlier in the buying journey, the project helps buyers make more informed decisions while supporting higher quality sales appointments and stronger buyer engagement throughout the process.
We’re excited to continue supporting Ashwood Homes as their digital journey evolves.

Castle Green Homes
No reflection on the last year would be complete without mentioning Castle Green Homes.
Our partnership with Castle Green spans several years and has played an important role in shaping many of the connected digital experiences we deliver today.
Together, we’ve developed a digital formula that combines customer portals, virtual visualisation, interactive sales tools and upgrade journeys to support buyers throughout the home buying process.
That approach has delivered measurable results, including a reported 41% increase in options and extras revenue through Castle Green’s digitally connected upgrade journey.
It’s a partnership that continues to evolve and one we’re incredibly proud to be part of.

Recognition Along The Way
The last year has also brought some fantastic recognition for both our projects and our team.
Earlier this year, we were honoured to win the Global PropTech Award for Best Digital Transformation Project, recognising the impact digital innovation can have on the new homes sector.
More recently, we were thrilled to be shortlisted for Best Enterprising Business at the Chesterfield Business Awards.
For a business celebrating its first year as an independent company, this recognition means a great deal and reflects the dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us.

Government Backed Innovation
Another major milestone during our first year as an independent business was securing support through an Innovate UK grant.
As the UK’s innovation agency, Innovate UK backs businesses developing new ideas with the potential to create meaningful impact, making this recognition a significant moment for EyeSiteView and an important validation of our long-term vision.
The funding is helping us develop an exciting new digital product designed to support homeowners long after move-in day.
While we can’t reveal everything just yet, the platform is being created to help homeowners and property investors better manage their properties through a connected digital experience. From keeping important property information organised to supporting maintenance, warranties and home management, the goal is to make owning and managing property simpler and more transparent.
It’s a project we’re incredibly excited about and one that represents an important step in expanding our role beyond helping people buy homes, to helping them manage and enjoy them for years afterwards.
We’ll be sharing much more about this initiative in the months ahead.

Celebrating The People Behind EyeSiteView
While the projects often take centre stage, it’s the people behind EyeSiteView who make everything possible.
This year we’ve celebrated some fantastic team milestones.
Alicia Bottomley marked an incredible 10 years with the business, reaching a milestone that reflects her creativity, commitment and contribution to EyeSiteView’s journey.
We also celebrated five years with both Steven Nightingale and Nathan Kelley, whose dedication and expertise continue to play an important role in delivering projects for our clients every day.
As we’ve grown over the last twelve months, the commitment, passion and willingness of the team to embrace new challenges has been one of our greatest strengths.

Giving Something Back
While the last year has been full of exciting projects and business milestones, it’s equally important to us that we give something back to the community around us.
As a Chesterfield-based business, we’re passionate about supporting local organisations that make a real difference to people’s lives. That’s why we were proud to support Ashgate Hospice this year, raising £832 to help them continue the incredible work they do for patients and families across North Derbyshire.
The support Ashgate Hospice provides within our local community is invaluable, and we’re delighted to have played a small part in helping them continue that work.
It’s a reminder that success isn’t just about the projects we deliver or the awards we win, but also about the positive impact we can have beyond our business.
Looking Ahead
As we celebrate our first year as EyeSiteView Ltd, it’s hard not to reflect on just how much has happened in such a short space of time.
From welcoming new clients and launching exciting projects, to celebrating team milestones, supporting our local community and receiving industry recognition, the last twelve months have been full of moments we’re incredibly proud of.
What makes those achievements even more special is that they’ve only been possible because of the people around us.
To our partners, thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey.
To our team #eyesitecrew, thank you for the passion, creativity and commitment and hard work you bring every day.
While this article marks one year of EyeSiteView Ltd, it also feels like the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We’re continuing to invest in new products, strengthen existing partnerships and work alongside housebuilders who share our vision for a more connected and transparent home buying experience.
There are already some exciting projects underway that we’ll be sharing over the coming months, and we can’t wait to show what’s next.
We’re also preparing for the next stage of EyeSiteView’s growth by becoming export ready.
The challenges faced by developers and homebuyers are not unique to the UK, and we’re increasingly seeing opportunities for the digital sales and customer experience systems we’ve developed to support projects internationally.
Over the coming year, we’ll be investing in the foundations needed to take our products and services into overseas markets, opening up exciting new opportunities for both the business and the team.
While our focus remains firmly on supporting our clients here in the UK, we’re excited about the potential to share the experience and expertise we’ve developed over the last decade with housebuilders and property professionals around the world.
Looking ahead, we’re also exploring the transition towards becoming an employee-owned business.
While there is still work to do, the ambition is simple.
We want to create a business where the people who help shape EyeSiteView have the opportunity to share in its future success.
We’ve always believed our team is our greatest asset, and becoming employee-owned would further strengthen that commitment by giving employees a greater sense of ownership in the business they help build every day.
It’s an exciting step for our future and one that reflects the collaborative culture that has been central to EyeSiteView’s growth from the very beginning.
For now, we’re taking a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come, appreciate everyone who has helped us get here, and look forward to what the future holds.
